Article 5 - Track & Trace

5.1 For most shipping methods, a Track & Trace number is provided so that you can follow the progress of your order. The track & trace information will be sent by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. (The shipping company is responsible for the track & trace code).

6.1 Currently Jackita does not offer shipping to multiple addresses for one order. If you wish to have products delivered to different addresses, you must place separate orders for each address.
